the road map to your greatest potential—a messy poem.

And I think—you know—when you believe in something, like really believe in something, there’s no way that belief will fail you because you’re manifesting it out of thin air. You’re breathing life into it—giving it oxygen and a heartbeat to live as freely as you desire.

Your thoughts are your new pair of lungs; be kind to them. Don’t pollute them with negative convictions. Worst case scenarios don’t exist unless you allow them to—let me say this again—worst case scenarios don’t exist unless you allow them to because when you truly believe in something, whether it’s good or bad, there is absolutely no way that belief will fail you.

So choose to believe in the good, to believe that life is a one way street with a road map to your greatest potential—to your wildest dreams sponsored by your imagination; choose to be naive, even if it’s just for a moment.

Believe that the right side of the bed works both ways and that if something doesn’t feel right, it’s probably just the comforter.

It’s important to know that you choose how something affects you by the way you react, so remember that the next time ice cream falls on your jeans or you lift one dumbbell at the gym and decide today is a rest day.

It’s okay, rest. Sleep is one of our most natural reset buttons. Rest, but then try again tomorrow with the mindset that you can, because you can.

You just have to believe.
